Andrews Filters 30 (provided in the material. Unzip it, and import in Unlimited 2)

Colors palette
color 1 -> foreground color -> #fecda1 (light color)
color 2 -> background color -> #41271e (dark color)
color 3 -> #ffffff  (white)
if you change the colors according to your tubes, keep white as color 3

Use the pencil to follow the steps left click to grab it

Realization
open the alpha layer (selections included), copy and paste as new image
close the original and work with the copy
in the materials palette, prepare radial gradient and fill the layer
