3 tubes : open in your PSP, duplicate and close the originals
1 mask :open and reduce
1 background
1 selection : place it in the special folder of “My PSP Files”
1 preset User Defined Filter : place it in the folder “presets” of PSP
(you will find the folder “presets” in Corel->languages)

the decoration tube is made by Graph Sabine Design

Color palette

use the dropper tool to install the colors in the materials palette
foreground color : #553d47    left click
background color : #a68e9b     right click

Step 1
open the background  :  “fond_tanya”
layers/new raster layer
flood fill tool/paint with color 2

Step 2
layer/new mask layer/from image
find mask “creation.tine_masque084

layers/merge/merge group

Step 3
effects/image effects/seamless tiling (default settings)
effects/User Defined Filter
find “relief_tine”

in the layers palette, set the blend mode on Multiply and the opacity on 70%

Step 4
selections/load-save selection/load selection from disk
find “tine_tanya”

selections/promote selection to layer
flood fill tool (opacity 30)

paint the selection with color 2
selections/select none

effects/plugins/Unlimited 2/Enki’s Filters/Wallpaper Deluxe  (default settings : 0-66-0-0-0-0-0-0)

adjust/blur/radial blur

in the layers palette, set the blend mode on Luminance (Legacy) and the opacity on 60%

image/add borders/20 pixels/white/enable symmetric
image/add borders/1 pixels/color 2/enable symmetric

activate the tube “grsab_07”
edit/copy
back on your work
edit/paste as a new layer
image/mirror
effects/image effects/offset

Step 9
layers/duplicate
edit/repeat duplicate layer
at this point, your layers palette should be like this

Step 10
activate the layer “raster 1”
adjust/blur/radial blur

Step 11
in the layers palette, activate the layer “copy of raster 1”
adjust/blur/radial blur

layers/merge/merge down
effects/image effects/seamless tiling (default settings)

Step 12
in the layers palette, activate the layer “Copy (2) of raster 1”
layers/delete (answer yes)
at this point, your layers palette should be like this

Step 13
activate the tube “MR_Couleur Magenta” (erase the watermark)
edit/copy
back on your work – edit/paste as a new layer
image/mirror
image/resize : 92% (disable “resize all layers”)

Step 14
effects/image effects/offset
horizontal : 260
vertical : 7
enable custom and transparent
effects/3D effects/drop shadow/black

Step 15
activate the tube “texte_tanya”
edit/copy – back on your work – edit/paste as a new layer
place it where you wnat
layers/merge/merge all (flatten)

Your tag is now finished.
