3 tubes (woman – window – monument)
1 mask Rosine
one pattern “motif_souvenir_tine ....... HERE

The woman’s tube is made by Denise Worisch
the tube of the window is made by Kara
the tube of the monument is made by Creation Lea
the mask is made by Rosine

Use the paintbrush to follow the steps

Grab it with the left click of your mouse

 

Execution

Step 1
open all tubes in PSP /  duplicate and close the originals
open the mask and the pattern, reduce them

Step 2
activate the tube of the woman – edit/copy
With the dropper tool choose a dark color of the tube as foreground
and a lifght color as background
Tine used these colors

open a new raster background/transparent/ 680 X 480 pixels

Step 3
with the flood fill tool, paint this layer with the background color
selections/select all
edit/paste into selection (the tube is in the clipboard / step 2)
selections/select none
effects/image effects/seamless tiling (default settings)
adjust/softness/soft focus
all settings on 100 and enable “include scattered light”
effects/plugins/Unlimited 2/Graphic Plus/Emboss (default settings) (all settings on 0)
apply the plugin once more with the same settings

Step 4
layers/new raster layer
paint with the foreground color
layers/new mask layer/from image

in the layers palette, activate the layer of the mask

effects/edge effects/enhance
layers/merge/merge group
effects/plugins/Texture/texturizer

Step 5
edit/paste as a new layer (the woman’s tube is still in the clipboard)
image/resize : 75% (disable “resize all layers”)
place it down to the left (see final result)

Step 6
activate hte tube of the monument – edit/copy
back on your work : edit/paste as a new layer
move it at the top right (see final result)

Step 7
activate the tube of the window – edit/copy
back on your work – edit/paste as a new layer
move it to the right
layers/properties -> opacity=50

Step 8
image/add borders/2 pixels/background color/enable symmetric
selections/select all
selections/modify/contract = 2 pixels
effects/3D effects/cutout/black color

cutout again, but with( -1) instead of 1 (vertical and horizontal)
selections/select none
image/add borders/2 pixels/foreground color/enable symmetric
image/add borders/1 pixel/background color/enable symmetric

Step 9
in the materials palette, adjust the pattern “motif_souvenir_tine” as foreground/angle=0/scale=100
image/add borders/35 pixels/black color/enable symmetric
magic wand tool

select the black border
flood fill tool : paint with the pattern
effects/3D effects/inner bevel

selections/select none
image/add borders/2 pixels/foreground color/enable symmetric
image/add borders/2 pixels/background color/enable symmetric
image/add borders/1 pixels/foreground color/enable symmetric

Your tag is now finished.
