open the tubes, duplicate them and close the originals. Work with the copies
copy/paste the presets into the folder of the plugin (or double click on it)
open the mask and minimize it to tray

in the materials palette, set white as FG color
flood fill layer white
layers -> new mask layer -> from image

layers -> merge -> merge group

image -> add borders -> 2 pixels -> white / check « symetric »
selections -> select all
image -> add borders -> 30 pixels black
selections -> invert
edit -> paste into selection (background still in the clipboard)
effects -> plugins -> AAA Frames / Foto Frame

copy / paste as new layer the character tube
image -> mirror -> mirror horizontal
effects -> image effects -> offset -> -240 / 12 / custom / transparent
erase the watermark with (eraser tool)
effects -> 3D effects -< drop shadow -> 1 / 1 / 63 / 23.19 / black

copy / paste as new layer the text tube
place it where you like
drop shadow -> 1 / 1 / 50 / 5 / black
drop shadow -> 4 / 4 / 30 / 7 / black
image -> add borders -> 2 pixels white
if you want to write a different text, use the font provided

don’t forget to apply your watermark
file -> save as... type .pjeg
