1 color palette  - 2 masks  - 1 selections (copy / paste into the special folder of My PSP Files)
5 Tubes - 1 font

open the tubes, duplicate them and close the originals. Work with the copies
open the masks and minimize them to tray

Simple ---> import into Unlimited 2
4 Way Average / Blintz

Colors
color 1 -> FG -> foreground color -> #9f4e84    --> left click
color 2 -> BG -> background color -> #ffffff    --> right click

I use PSPX8, but this tutorial can be realized with another version

open a new transparent raster layer 900 * 550 pixels
flood fill with color 1
layers -> new raster layer
flood fill with color 2

layers -> new mask layer -> from image

xlayers -> merge -> merge all (flatten)
effects -> plugins -> L en K landksiteofwonders / Katharina -> 3 / 50

in the materials palette, prepare a linear gradient

selections -> load-save selection -> from disk -> selection « Printemps2016_Tine »

flood fill the selections with the gradient
keep the selection active

effects -> plugins -> Unlimited 2 -> Simple / 4 Way Average
effects -> plugisn ->  Unlimited 2 -> &<BkgKaleidoscope> / Cake Mix -> 193 / 147

adjust -> sharpness -> sharpen
selections -> invert
effects -> plugins -> Unlimited 2 -> Simple / Blintz
effects -> 3D effects -> drop shadow -> 0 / 0 / 50 / 30 / black
selections -> select none

edit -> COPY
edit -> paste as new image, set this image aside for a later use (in step 8)
layers -> new raster layer
flood fill with color 2
layers -> new mask layer -> from image

effects -> distortion effects -> wave -> 0 / 1 / 15 / 100 / black

effects -> texture effects -> mosaic glass -> check « symmetric »

layers -> merge -> merge all (flatten)
adjust -> sharpness -> high pass sharpen

if you rcolors are too light repeat « high pass sharpen »

image -> add borders -> check « symmetric » ->
1 pixel color 1
5 pixels color 2
1 pixel color 1
selections -> select all
image -> add borders -> check « symmetric » -> 40 pixels color 2

selections -> invert
copy / paste into selection the image set aside in step 5
effects -> plugins -> Unlimited 2 -> Simple / 4 Way Average
effects -> edge effects -> enhance
selections -> invert
effects -> 3D effects -> drop shadow -> 0 / 0 / 80 / 50 / black
selections -> select none

image -> add borders -> check « symmetric » ->
1 pixel color 1
5 pixels color 2

selections -> select all
selections -> modify -> contract -> 7 pixels
effects -> 3D effects -> cutout

adjust -> sharpness -> sharpen

effects -> 3D effects -> drop shadow -> 0 / 8 / 30 / 12 / black

copy / paste as new layer the tube « Marguerite VSP »
image -> resize -> uncheck « all layers » -> 68%
effects -> image efects  -> offset -> 236 / -107 / check « custom » and « transparent »
effects -> 3D effects -> drop shadow -> 0 / 8 / 30 / 12 / black

copy / paste as new layer the tube « texte_deco_tine »
move it where you like
layers -> merge -> merge all (flatten)
in the material Zip, you will find the font and 2 butterflies Tine used to create her text
you can use these elements as decoration tubes if you like
