I use PSPX9 to create my tag and write my translation
but this tutorial can be realized with another version
according to the version of PSP you use, the results might be slightly differents
don’t hesitate to change the blend modes of the layers according to your tubes and colors
Colors
in materials palette, prepare Tine’s gradient provided in FG box


Use this pencil to follow the steps
hold down left click to grab it and move it

Realization

open a new transparent image 900 * 550 pixels
flood fill layer with the gradient
effects -> plugins -> Unlimited 2 -> VM Distortion / Vision Impossible

layers -> duplicate

effects -> reflection effects -> rotating mirror

blend mode of the layer : Luminance
adjust -> sharpness -> unsharp mask

highlight Raster 1
effects -> edge effects -> enhance more
layers -> merge -> merge visible

selections -> load selection -> from disk -> selection « bonne.annee.2017_tine »

selections -> promote selection to layer
keep selection active
effects -> texture effects -> weave / colors black and white)

effects -> plugins -> VM Instant Art / Tripolis

selections -> select none

image -> mirror -> mirror horizontal
layers -> merge -> merge down
effects -> 3D effects -> drop shadow -> 0 / 0 / 100 / 50 / black

highlight bottom layer (Merged)
layers -> new raster layer
flood fill with the gradient
blend mode : Dissolve - opacity : 18%

highlight top layer (Promoted Selection)
copy / paste as new layer « fireworks »
effects -> image effects -> offset -> -3 / 40
adjust -> hue and saturation -> colorize -> 32 / 56

(adapt settings sto your own colors)
adjust -> sharpness -> unsharp mask

copy / paste ass new layer « Florju_whitenesswintry_embellissement (3) »
effects -> image effects -> offset -> -40 / -35
effects -> 3D effects -> drop shadow -> 0 / 0 / 20 / 25 / black

layers -> merge -> merge all (flatten)
pick up a dark color into your tag or tube and set it as BG color into materials palette
Tine chose #b69d92
image -> add boders -> 3 pixels BG color / check « symmetric »

selections -> select all
image -> add borders -> 30 pixels white
selections -> invert
flood fill with gradient
selections -> select none
effects -> plugins -> AAA Frame / Foto Frame default setting except :  Width -> 15

layers -> new raster layer
selections -> load selection -> from disk -> selection « bonne.annee.2017_texte1_tine »
flood fill selection with the gradient
selections -> select none

repeat step 12 with selection « bonne.annee.2017_texte2_tine »

place tube where you like

close the eye of bottom layer and merge visible
effects -> 3D effects -> drop shadow -> 2 / 2 / 53 / 7 / black
open the eye of Background layer
layers -> merge -> merge all (flatten)
