Material
1 color palette - 1 image - 1 selection - 4 personal tubes - 2 masks (Narah and OBG) - 1 preset for Brush Metal
1 character tube - (I used one of my tubes (women_0320, page 11) )
one decoration tube (I used one of my tubes, "divers_ 0115 page 4)
Open the tubes, duplicate them and work with the copies
copy the selections and paste them into the folder « Selections » of « My PSP Files »
double click on the preset to install it

Colors
foreground color -> color 1 -> #392a53 (dark color)
background color -> color 2 -> #df8a94 (light color)
you will need about 1 hour to create your tag, not counting the time to find your tubes

open a new transparent raster layer 900 * 600 pixels
selections/select all
copy/paste the image « _wallpaper_present_by_love4art-d3a1smp » into selection (or your image)

adjust/blur/radial blur

layers/new raster layer
fill with color 1
layers/new mask layer/from image
effects/edge effects/enhance
layers/merge/merge group
Step 3
selections/load selection/from disk/selection 1
selections/promote selection to layer
activate the bottom layer (Raster 1) and promote selection to layer
layers/arragne/bring to top
layers/new mask layer/from image
effects/edge effects/enhance
layers/merge/merge group

Step 4
copy/paste the tube « perso 1 » as new layer
don‘t move it
layers/arrange/move down
your layers palette and your tag look like this
activate Raster 1 (bottom layer)

image/add borders/2 pixels/color 1
copy/paste as new image. Set aside for a later use and back to your tag

activate the bottom layer (background)

view/rulers and activate the Pick Tool (K)
lower the layer to 500 pixels
disable the rulers and the tool

copy the image set aside in step 4 and paste into selection

activate the layer above (copy 2 of background)

The decoration
copy/paste the tube « deco perso2 » as new layer
don’t move it, and colorize eventually
copy/paste the tube « deco perso 3 » as new layer
don’t move it and colorize eventually
copy/paste the tube « deco perso 4 » as new layer
don’t move it and colorize eventually
copy/paste the tube of the character as new layer
Sweety doesn’t provide the tube, choose the one you like
resize eventually (uncheck « resize all layers »)
effects/3D effects/drop shadow as before and place it where you want
add more decorations if you wish
Final Step
apply your signature
image/add borders/2 pixels color 1
layers/merge/merge all (flatten) and resize to 950 width
file/save as.../type jpeg
your tag is finished
