6 selections (copy and paste into the folder « selections » of « My PSP Files »
1 landscape (google images)
1 mask (by Narah)
1 decoration tube and 1 text tube created by Sweety
1 character by Françoise Yverdon (not provided)
1 scrap element (freebie found on the web)
Open the tubes, duplicate them and work with the copies
copy the selections and paste them into the folder « Selections » of « My PSP Files »

selections/invert
activate the bottom layer (Raster 1)
selections/modify/select selection borders

selections/promote selection to layer
keep the selection active

Step 3
selections/select all
selections/modify/contract/75 pixels
activate the bottom layer (Raster 1)
adjust/blur/radial bour

selections/select none
layers/duplicate - image/mirror - image/flip
opacity of the layer on 50%
layers/merge/merge down

Step 4
acitvate the layer just above (Promoted selection 1)
layers/duplicate
image/resize/uncheck « resize all layers »/85%
selections/load selection from disk/selection 1
activate the bottom layer (Raster 1)
layers/new raster layer, fill with color 1
layers/new raster layer
activate the mask « Narah-mask_0642 »
edit/copy - back to your work - edit/paste into selection
selections/select none

selections/load selection from disk/selection 2
selections/promote selection to layer
fill with color 2
selections/modify/contract/2 pixels
hit the delete key of your keyboard
layers/new raster layer
activate the imaeg of the landscape
edit/copy - back to your work - edit/paste into selection
layers/arrange/move down
layers/new raster layer
effects/3D effects/cutout/ 0 / 0 / 100 / 25 / black
layers/merge/merge down
selections/select none

Step 6
activate the third layer from the bottom (Raster 3, the mask)
blend mode on « soft light » (or other if you want)
layers/merge/merge down
selections/select all - slections/float - selections/defloat
selections/modify/select selections borders

layers/new raster layer
fill with color 2
selections/select none

your layers palette look like this

Raster 3 is the active layer
activate the fourth layers from top (Promoted selection 2)
layersmerge/merge down 3 times
layers/duplicate
layers/arrange/bring to top, and close the eye of this layer
activate any other layer and merge visible

Step 8
keep this layer (merged) active
activate the pick tool (K) and view/rulers
place the cursor on the central bottom slider, and move it up to 445

disable the pick tool (M) and the rulers

Step 9
activate the top layer and open the eye

activate the pick tool and the rulers again
place the cursor on the central top slider, and move it down to 375

disable the pick tool and the rulers

activate the bottom layer (merged)
selection/load selection from disk/selection 3
hit the delete key of your keyboard

layers/new raster layer, fill with white

copy/paste as new layer the decoration 1
effects/image effects/offset/   H : 0   V : 50 / check « custom » and « transparent »
blend mode on « dodge (or other)
layers/new raster layer, fill with color 1
layers/arrange/send to bottom

activate the second layer from the top (Raster 3)
selections/load selection from disk/selection 4
hit the delete key of your kayboard
keep the selection active

activate the third layer from the bottom (Raster 1)

fill with color 2

apply this effects a second time with the same settings

set the blend mode on « dodge » (or other)
