Supplies
preset - masks - fractal image
tubes not provided. You will need a character tube and a photo of your favorite town (or London, of course !!)
I worked with one of my tubes and an painted image of London found on google images

open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies to preserve original files
if you are missing something, don't hesitate to ask Nicole. (eMail adress at the end of this translation)
open the masks and minimize to tray
double click on the preset to install / or import

hold down left click to grab and move it

open a new image => white =>  1200 * 750 px
layers => new raster layer
copy / paste the image of London (or other of your choice) into selection
selections => select none
layers => new mask layer => from image

layers => merge => merge group
