but you can follow this tutorial with any other version of PSP

Matérial
1 preset - tubes - 1 pattern - 1 frame

open all tubes and duplicate them (window -> duplicate)
Close original tubes and work with the copies (to preserve the originals)
don’t forget to erase tubes’ watermarks before using them
copy / paste selection into folder « selections » of your PSP folder

Plugins 
FM Tile Tools

use the pencil to follow the steps
hold down Left click to grab it and move it

Realization

open a new transaprent raster layer 900 * 700 pixels
selections -> select all
copy / paste « papier » as new layer
layers -> duplicate
effects -> plugins -> FM Tile Tools -> Blend Emboss

layers -> new raster layer
flood fill with color #73070a
selections -> load-save selection -> from disk -> selection « MD_amour »

selections -> invert
DELETE
selections -> select none
rename layer : « selection love »

layers-> new raster layer
layers -> arrange -> move down
in the materials palette, set « dorure » pattern into ForeGround box
flood fill layer with this pattern
selections -> load-save selection -> from disk -> selection « MD_amour »
selections -> invert
selections -> modify -> contract / 2 pixels
DELETE
selections -> select none / rename this layer « gold 1 »
adjust -> sharpness -> sharpen mores
layers -> duplicate / rename the copy : « gold 2 »

highlight top layer
copy / paste as new layer « MD_cadre » (frame)
rename this layer : « frame 1 »
layers -> duplicate
rename this copy : « frame 2 »

on both layers « gold 1 » and « frame 1 » ->>
adjust -> add-remove noise -> add noise

on both layers « gold 2 » and « frame 2 » ->>

make sure top layer is highlighted
copy / paste as new layer « décor 1 »
effects -> image effects -> offset

layers -> duplicate
image -> mirror -> mirror horizontal

copy / paste as new layer « décor 2 »
effects -> image effects -> offset

copy / paste as new layer « décor 3 »
effects -> image effects -> offset

copy / paste as new layer « meridesig_couple »
image -> resize -> uncheck « resize all layers » -> 55%
with Freehand selection tool / point to point / feather 0, select parts of this tube
so a to give the impression the couple is inside the box

apply your watermark on a new layer
your layers palette looks like that


Animation

close « gold 2 » and « frame 2 »
edit ->copy -> copy special -> copy merged
open Animation Shop
paste as new animation
***
back into PSP
close « gold 1 » and « frame 1 »   -   open « gold 2 » and « frame 2 »
edit ->copy -> copy special -> copy merged
in Animation shop, paste after current frame
image property : 10
