translator’s note : I use PSPX9 to create my tags when translating
but you can follow this tutorial with any other version of PSP
Merydesig uses Animation Shop to create her animations
 I use Ulead Gif Animator. I added explanations for this software with Merydesig’s kind permissions

Material
tubes - pattern - preset - decorations

open all tubes and duplicate them (window -> duplicate)
Close original tubes and work with the copies (to preserve the originals)
don’t forget to erase tubes’ watermarks before using them
double click on plugins’ prese to install it
copy / paste pattern into « pattern » folder of Corel PSP folder

use this pencil to follow the steps
hold down Left click to grab it and move it

Realization

open a new transparent image 900 * 700 pixels
flood fill with the pattern « jean » (provided)

copy / paste as new layer « decor_1 »
layers -> duplicate
rename these 2 layers « deco 1 » and « deco 2 »
highlight « deco 1 » -> effects -> plugins -> Alien Skin Xenofex 2 /Constellation

highlight « deco 2 » and apply Constellation effect again,
same settings but click on « Random » (bottom left)

copy / paste as new layer « carre jean »
layrs -> duplicate 5 times : rename these layers « jean 1 » ... « jean 2 » ... « jean 3 »..... etc....
highlight « jean 1 » -> image -> free rotate -> right -> 10

highlight « jean 2 » -> image -> free rotate -> right -> 20
highlight « jean 3 » -> image -> free rotate -> right -> 30
highlight « jean 4 » -> image -> free rotate -> left -> 10
highlight « jean 5 » -> image -> free rotate -> left -> 20
highlight « jean 6 » -> image -> free rotate -> left -> 30

layrs -> merge -> merge down 5 times
your layers palette looks like this

copy / paste as new layer « rond » (button)

effects -> image effects -> offset

don’t move it

copy / paste as new layer the woman tube
activate the Move Tool, and hit the bottom arrow of your keyboard 15 times

effects -> plugins -> Alien Skin Eye Candy 5-Impact / Perspective Shadow
preset « jean » provided
drop the same shadow on all elements (guitar, shoes, pocket and nail varnish)

copy / paste the Frame as new layer
don’t move it

layers -> new raster layer
apply your watermark

make sure top layer is highlighted
layers -> merge -> merge down 9 times
close the eye of « deco « 2 »
your layers palette looks like this

18 - Animation with Animation Shop
edit -> copy special -> copy merged
open Animation Shop and paste as new animation
back into PSP
close the eye of « deco 1 » and open the eye of « deco 2 »
edit -> copy special -> copy merged
back into Animation Shop -> paste after frame
image property -> 10 (default setting)

19 - Animation with Ulead Gif Animator
at the end of step 17 -> file -> save as... type PSD
open your work into UGA, click on « duplicate frame(s) »

in the « objects » column, close the eye of « deco 1 » and open the eye of « deco 2»

file -> save as... gif file - ( image property : 10)
your tag is finished
