but you can follow this tutorial with any other version of
PSP

Material
images - preset - selection
open all tubes and duplicate them (window -> duplicate)
Close original tubes and work with the copies (to preserve
the originals)
don’t forget to erase tubes’ watermarks before
using them
open the mask(s) and minimize it(them) to tray
double click on plugins’ presets to install them
copy / paste selection(s) into « selection » folder
of Corel PSP folder

hold down Left click to grab it and move it


Realization

open a new transparent image 900 * 650 pixels
flood fill with gradient « ESVintage54 » provided

effects -> plugins -> Penta.com -> Dot And Cross

layers -> duplicate
on original layer -> effects -> plugins -> Xero
/ Sparkles
main color : yellow and highlights : white

on copy -> effects -> plugins -> Xero / Sparkles

copy / paste as new layer « merydesig_paysage400 »
(if you change this background image, add new layer, select
all and paste into selection, then select none)
effects -> image effects -> offset

layers -> new raster layer
flood fill with gradient « ESVintage38 »
open mask 11324 and minimize it to tray
layers -> new mask layer -> from image

layers -> merge -> merge group

effects -> texture effects -> blinds / color #6c6847

effects -> plugins -> Mura’s Seamless / Emboss
at Alpha

layers -> new raster layer
activate selection tool -> rectangle and select each
frame, one by one, and copy / paste into selection one
of the images provided. Of course you can use other images
of your choice
fill each of the 5 frames
selections -> select none
layers -> move -> move down
highlight top layer
effects -> plugins -> Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact
/ Glass. Use the preset provided

layers -> new raster layer
flood fill with the gradient « ESVintage38 »
selections -> load-save selection -> from disk -> selection « MD_attrape »

DELETE (hit delete key of your keyboard... once or twice,
accordig to your taste)
selections -> select none

layers -> duplicate
on original layer -> adjust -> add-remove noise -> addd
noise

on copy -> adjust -> add-remove noise -> add noise

highlight top layer
copy / paste as new layer 2 feathers, and place them as
shown on final result (bottom left and right)

copy / paste as new layer « golden eagle » ans
place it where you like

layers -> new raster layer
flood fill with the gradient « ESVintage38 »

selections -> select all
selections -> contract -> 7 pixels

DELETE
selections -> select none
effects -> texture effects -> blinds (as before,
don’t change settings)
effects-> plugins -> Mura’s Seamless -> Emboss
at Alpha as before

layers -> new raster layer -> apply your watermark
ANIMATION
highlight top layer
close the eyes of both copies of layers with « noise
effect » and « xero effect »
edit -> copy special -> copy merged
open Animation Shop -> paste as new animation
back to PSP
close thes eyes of both layers with « noise » and « xero » effects
and open the eyes of the copies
edit -> copy special -> copy merged
open Animation Shop -> paste after current frame
frame property : 10
save as... type .gif
your tag is finished
