you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, but the result might be slightly different

Supplies
1 mask
1 ou 2 seabed images
1 tube of mermaid
1 Texture by  mbao
3 selections
1 tube of waterfall
Decorative elements according to your taste to create a pleasant decor

open the tubes and duplicate. Work with the copies to preserve original files
open all the tools provided and place or import into the dedicated folders of My Corel PSP General folder
open the mask and minimize to tray
it is assumed you have some working knowledge of Paint Shop Pro
Hints and tips
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

colors

choose two colors into your main image or tube
set light color as FG color and dark color as BG color

Use the pencil to mark your place along the way
hold down left click to grab and move it

open a new image => transparent =>  1000 * 700 px
selections => select all
copy / paste the seabed image into selection
selections => select none

your layers dimensions are 500x410
make sure guides oare ticked
place one guide on 750 on the horizontal ruler
and one guide on 205 on the vertical ruler
to place a guide, simply place your mouse cursor on the grey border of the ruler, press and hold the left button of your mouse and drag it towards the inside of the image
a light blue line appears (color by default) that you just have to move it where you want,
then to make sure you placed the guides properly, right click on the bold part of the guide on the rulers
and the number will appear

at the point of intersection of the two marks is the center of the ellipse you are about to draw
enable the Selection tool / ellipse
draw an ellipse from the center going from 600 to 900 (horizontal) et from 30 to 380 (vertical)

selections => invert
hit the DELETE key of your keyboard
selections => invert
you can UNtick « rulers » and delete the guides

flood fill selection white  or with the dark color (you choose the color you like best)
effects => texture effects => Texture / choose the texture provided

copy / paste the seabed image as new layer
move to keep inside selection the part you want to keep

copy / paste the waterfall tube, making water fall from the stone window

if you don’t want to create the animation, merge all layers,
apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
image => resize => tick « resize all layers »  => 950 px width
save your work as... type .jpeg

ANIMATION

apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
resize to 950 px width
enable the selection tool / point to point
select the waterfall (see screenshot above in step 14)
duplicate 4 times => you have 5 layers, rename from one to five, from bottom to top
close the eyes of « 2 »  « 3 »  « 4 »  « 5 » and highlight « 1 »
effects => plugins => Alien Skin Eye Candy 4000 / Jiggle,
keep the value « random seed » as shown on the screenshot below

close the eyes of « 1 », open the eye of « 2 » and highlight « 2 »
apply the « jiggle » effet / same settings but click on « random seed »
do the same work with « 3 »  « 4 »  « 5 »

close the eye of « 5 » and open the eye of « 1 »
edit => copy special => copy merged
open Animation Shop => paste as new animation
back into PSP
