cloe original layer, work with copy : rename it « Raster1 »

flood fill with color 2
open mask and minimize it to tray
layres -> new mask layer -> from image

layers -> merge -> merge group
effects -> image effects -> enhance

copy / paste as new layer « Pocket-watch »
move image into selection

DELETE (hit delete key of your keyboard)
