in the layers palette, set the blend mode on “hard light” or «luminance(Legacy) »
or other according to your colors

activate the tube “44he-party-elements”
edit/copy - back to your work - edit/paste as a new layer
effects/geometric effects/cylinder-vertical (2 times)
activate the Pick Tool (K)
stretch each side as shown below

edit/copy - back to your work - edit/paste as a new layer

image/resize/uncheck “resize all layers”/75%
place as shown on the final result
