close the original and work with the copy (raster 1)

in the materials palette, prepare color 1 as FG and color #ffeeba as BG color

prepare a radial gradient
flood fill the layer with the gradient

effects > iamge effects > seamless tiling
layers > duplicate
image > mirror > mirror horizontal – image > mirror > mirror vertical
blend mode of the layer : overlay
layer > merge > merge down
