Don’t hesitate to change them and to change the blend modes of the layers
According to your tubes and images
color 1 -> foreground color -> #ffffff
color 2 -> background color -> #bf2f0f
color 3 -> #83c953

Realization
Step 1
open the alpha layer window > duplicate
close the original and work with the copy
Step 2
flood fill the layer with color 1
selections > select all
copy / paste into selection the woman tube
selections > select none
Step 3
effects > image effects > seamless tiling
adjust > blur > radial blur
Step 4
layers > duplicat (copy of raster 1)
effects > plugins > Unlimited 2 > VM Distortion > Smallpox
effects > edge effects > enhance
Step 5
layers > duplicate (copy 2 of raster 1)
effects > geometric effects > perspective horizontal
image > mirror > mirror hohrizontal
effects > repeat geometric effects as before (don’t change the settings)
Step 6
effects > distortion effects > wave
layers > duplicate – image > mirror > vertical mirror
layers > merge > merge down
effects > 3D effects > drop shadow
Step 7
effects > distortion effects > pinch > 100%
effects > image effects> offset
Step 8
activate « copy of raster 1 »
layers > new raster layer – flood fill with color 2
open the mask and minimize it to tray
layers > new mask layer > from image
layers > merge > merge group (group-taster 2)
keep this layer active
Step 9
in the materials palette, prepare a linear gradient
FG color n°2 – BG color n° 3
layers > new raster layer (raster 2)
selections > load-save selection > from alpha channel > selection #1
flood fill the selection with the gradient
adjust > add-remove noise > add noise
selections > select none
Step 10
in the materials palette, prepare a new linear gradient
layers > new raster layer (raster 3)
selections > load-save selection > from alpha channel > selection #2
flood fill the selection with the gradient
effects >3D effects > inner bevel
selections > select none

selections > load-save selection > from alpha channel > selection #3
effects > 3D effects > drop shadow
selections > select none
layers > merge > merge down
layers > duplicate – image > mirror > mirror horizontal

activate the top layer (copy 2 of raster 1)
image > resize > unchek « all layers » > 40%
image > free rotate > left > 90°
activate the Pick Tool with the following settigs
disable the Pick tool (key M of your keyboard)
adjust > sharpness > sharpen
layers > duplicate – image > mirror > mirror horizontal
Step 13
layers > new raster layer (Raster 3)
selections > load-save selection > from alpha channel > selection #4
copy / paste into selection the mask 321
layers > properties
adjust > sharpness > sharpen
selections > select none
Step 14
in the materials palette, prepare a sunburst gradient (check « invert »)
layers > new raster layer (raster 4)
selections > load-save selection > from alpha channel > selection #5
flood fill the selections with the gradient
effects > plugins > Alien Skin Eye Candy 5-Impact > Glass / Clear
effects > 3D effects > as before
selections > select none
layers > duplicate – image > mirror > mirror horizontal
Step 15
activate the bottom layer (raster 1)
copy / paste as new image – set this image aside for a later use
layers > merge > merge visible
Step 16
image > add borders > check « symmetric » -->
2 pixels color 2
10 pixels color 3
2 pixels color 2
select the border of 10 pixels with the magic wand tool
adjust > add-remove noise > as before (don’t change the settings)
adjust > sharpness > sharpen
selections > select none
Step 17
copy / paste as new layer the woman tube
image > resize > uncheck « resize all layers » > 84%
adjust > sharpness > sharpen more
effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > color 2
Step 18
activate the shadow layer « raster 1 shadow 1 »
effects > distortion effects > wind > from left > 100
Step 19
image > add borders > 50 pixels white
select this borders with the magic wand tool
copy /paste into selection the image set aside in step 15
effects > plugins > AAA Frames > Foto Frame
effects > edge effects > enhance
selections > invert
effects > 3D effects > drop shadow > 7 / 7 / 80 / 38 / black > uncheck « shadow on new layer »
selections > select none
apply your watermark and save as... type jpeg
Your tag is finished
