Animabelle worked with PSP2012 creating this tutorial and I worked with PSP2020 Ultimate
you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, but the result might be slightly different

Supplies
texture – tubes - selections - brushes - images

TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

Preparations
duplicate all the tubes and work with the copies to preserve originals
save your work often in case of problems with your psp
use the Dropper tool to pick up your colors into your tubes and misted images
Animabelle chose these :

don’t hesitate to change blend modes and opacities of the layers to match your personal colors and tubes
open the mask and minimize to tray
place the supplies into the dedicated folders of PSP general folder => import both brushes

open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 600 px
selections => select all
copy / paste  « fond1 » into selection
selections => select none
adjust => blur => radial blur

effects => plugins => Filter Factory => Gallery Q / Gravity Blossom

flood fill layer with color 3
opacity of the layer :  50%
layers => merge => merge visible
effects => texture effects => texture / winni.texture.40

effects => image effects => seamless tiling => default settings

« draw » several butterflies changing size each time, each butterfly on a new layer
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow on each butterfly => 1 / 1 / 100 / 1 / black
place the butterlies where you like the way you like

do the same work with the brush tip « noeud_animabelle » with color 1
draw 2 bows in each corner of the small frames (see final result)
on each bow drop a shadow => 1 / 1 / 100 / 1 white for the top left bow
and  1 / 1 / 100 / 1  color 4 for the other one
when you arranged all the butterflies and bows close the eyes of the 2 bottom layers
layers => merge => merge visible

open the eyes of the layers
copy / paste the character tube as new layer
image => resize => untick « resize all layers » =>  75%
place bottom left (see final result)
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => (-15) / 15 / 50 / 30 / black
