Animabelle worked with PSPX2 and I worked with PSP2020
you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, but the result might be slightly different

Supplies
tubes – selection – masks – palette - preset - font

TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

Plugins needed

prepare your work
duplicate all the tubes and work with the copies to preserve originals
open the mask and mimimize to tray
doubli click on the preset to install (or import)
save your work often in case of problems with your psp
don’t hesitate to change blend modes and opacities of the layers to match your personal colors and tubes
use the Dropper tool to pick up your colors into your tubes and misted images
Animabelle chose these :

set FG to color 1 and BG to color 2 in materials palette

copy / paste the flower tube as new layer / don’t forget to erase the watermark

image => mirror => mirror vertical
effects => image effects => offset => H :  0 / V : -144 / tick « custom » and « transparent »
layers => merge => merge down
opacity of the layer :  40% (+/-)
enable the selection tool => point to point => tolerance and feather : 0, select the bottom of the tube this way

reset the opacity of the layer to 100
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => -15 / 15 / 40 / 25 / color 4
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)

prepare a linear gradient and set this gradient as FG color
set color 3 as BG color

image => mirror => mirror vertical
layers => merge => merge down
effects => plugins => Mura’s Seamless => Emboss at Alpha => default settings

enable the Text tool and choose the font provided with the following settings

layers => convert to raster layer
image => free rotate / left

place on the left of the tag, in the frame (see final result)
objects => align => vertical center
layers => duplicate
image => mirror => mirror horizontal

effects => plugins => Mura’s Seamless => Emboss at Alpha => default settings

copy / paste the bird tube as new layer
image => resize => untick « resize all layers » => 70%
place as shown on final result

image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 5 px white

apply your watermark or signature on a new layer
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
resize if necessary
file => save your work as... type .jpeg
