you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, but the result might be slightly different

Supplies
tubes – selection - Mask

TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

duplicate all the tubes and work with the copies to preserve originals
open the mask and mimimize to tray
place the selection into the appropriate folder of My Corel PSP general folder
save your work often in case of problems with your psp

use the Dropper tool to pick up your colors into your tubes and misted images
Animabelle chose these :

don’t hesitate to change blend modes and opacities of the layers to match your personal colors and tubes

open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 500 px
flood fill layer with the following radial gradient

selections => select all
copy / paste the « Adrimar166 » tube as new layer
selections => select none
effects => image effects => seamless tiling

effects => texture effects => mosaic / Antique

effects => plugins => Unlimited 2 => &<Bkg Kaleidoscope> / Kaleidoscope 4

copy / paste as new image
set aside for a later use
back to your main work
layers => new raster layer
flood fill with a gold or silver pattern (choose the one you like)
layers => new mask layer => from image

layers => merge => merge group
effects => edge effects => enhance
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 1 / 1 / 100 / 1 / color 3
selections => load-save selection => from disk => selection #1

flood fill selection with color 2
layers => new raster layer
copy / paste  « fond_animabelle » into selection
opacity of the layer :  75%
selections => select none
adjust => sharpness => unsharp mask / default settings
layers => merge => merge down
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 3 px black
select the border with the Magic Wand tool
flood fill selection with a gold or silver pattern (choose the one you like)
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 3 px black
select the border with the Magic Wand tool
copy / paste  into selection the image you set aside in step previously
selections => invert
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => -11 / 11 / 40 / 40 / black
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 11 / -11 / 40 / 40 / black
selections => select none
copy / paste the « Adrimar166 » tube as new layer
image => resize => untick « resize all layers » =>  90%
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => -11 / 11 / 40 / 40 / black
move bottom left
adjust => sharpness => sharpen
copy / paste the candle tube as new layer
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => -11 / 11 / 40 / 40 / black
move bottom right
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 3 px black
select the border with the Magic Wand tool
flood fill selection with a gold or silver pattern (choose the one you like)
selections => select none
apply your watermark or signature on a new layer
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
file => save your work as... type .jpeg optimized
