Alyciane works with PSP 2020 and I work with PSP 2020 Ultimate
but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
tubes – selection – preset – image – alpha layer – background (fond)
Plugin  "Artistic"

open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
double click on the preset to install or import
open the mask(s) and minimize to tray
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

colors

set FG to color 1 and BG to color 2 in the materials palette

Realization
prepare a sunburst gradient in materials palette

open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 600 px
flood fill layer with the gradient
copy / paste the misted landscape tube as new layer
effects => plugins => Artistic / Poster Edges

highlight bottom layer
effects => plugins => Artistic / Watercolor

effects => edge effects => enhance more
place the tubes and decorations
drop a shadow of your choice on each tube
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 3 px color 2
layers => duplicate
image => resize => untick « resize all layers » =>  90%
highlight layer below => convert to raster layer
adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 20
effects => plugins => Artistic / Sponge

effects => edge effects => enhance
highlight top layer
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 5 / 5 / 50 / 5 / black
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => -5 / -5 / 50 / 5 / black
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 3 px color 2
apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
if you don’t want to animate your tag, layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
save your work as... type .jpeg optimized

ANIMATION

open Animation Shop / open your work
duplicate twice => your animation is composed by 3 frames
edit => select all
open the animation provided (voile.pspimage) (it contains 3 frames too)
Translator’s note => I added the same file type .psd if you want to create the animation with Ulead Gif Aninmator
edit => select all / COPY
on your work => right click on the first frame => paste into selected frame
choose the good place and drop the animation by a left click
animation => frame properties => 20
edit => save as => type .gif
