but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
images and tubes
open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
place the selections, gradients, patterns,... provided into the dedicated folders of Corel PSP General folder
or import
open the mask and minimize to tray TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become --> image => mirror => mirror vertical
Plugins needed
Alien Skin Xenofex 2
Animation shop if you want to animate your tag
colors
set FG to color 2 and BG to color 1 in the materials palette
Use the pencil to mark your place
along the way
hold down left click to grab and move it
Realization
open a new image => transparent => 800 * 600 px
flood fill with color 1
effects => plugins => Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation
copy / paste the landscape misted tube as new layer
place as shown on final result
adjust => sharpness => sharpen more (according to your misted image)
blend mode of the layer : Luminance (Legacy) / opacity : 100%
copy / paste the swan tube as new layer
place as shown on final result
blend mode of the layer : Luminance (Legacy) / opacity : 85%
copy / paste the violin tube as new layer
place as shown on final result
blend mode of the layer : Luminance (Legacy) / opacity : 100%
copy / paste the dance shoes tube as new layer

flood fill selection white

add your watermark and write your license numbers if you used licensed tubes if you don’t want to create the animation =>
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
save your work as... type .jpeg if you want to create the animation =>
highlight the « Group » layer
effects => plugins => Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation
tab « settings » tick « Glimmer »
then apply the following settings
edit => copy special => copy merged
open Animation Shop
edit => paste as new animation # back into PSP
edit => undo
effects => plugins => Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation / click on « Random Seed » at the bottom
edit => copy special => copy merged
back into Animation Shop
edit => paste after current frame ## ***** redo from # to ## two more times
save your work as... type .gif
