Alyciane works with PSP2019 and I work with PSP 2019 too
but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
1 alpha layer (selections included) - tubes - 1 preset

double-click on the preset to install, or import
Alyciane provides an empty model in case you want to create your own dresses
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

Artistique / Eponge - Graphic Plus - Unlimited 2 - Paper Kasy 1
Alien Skin Eye Candy Texture

open a new transparent image 900 * 600 px
flood fill with color 1
effects => plugins => Artistique éponge or Artistic Sponge

adjust => sharpness => sharpen more
copy / paste as new layer the tube « boutique »
objects => align => Center in canvas
objects => align => top
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 10 / 10 / 20 / 20 / light color
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => - 10 / - 10 / 20 / 20 / light color
set aside for a later use
open the alpha layer, duplicate, close the original and work with the copy
selections => select all
copy / paste « fond » into selection
selections => select none
layers => new raster layer
copy / paste « cadre » as new layer
layers => new raster layer
selections => load-save selection => from alpha channel => selection # 1
flood fill selection with the light color
keep selection active
effects => plugins => Unlimited 2 => Paper Textures / Papier Kasy 1

copy / paste the main tube and the text tube as new layers
place as shown on final result
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => ...

select the last border with the magic wand tool
flood fill layer with the following gradient

effects => plugins => Graphic Plus => Cross Shadow => all settings : 50
selections => promote selection to layer
effects => plugins => Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 : Textures / Texture Noise => preset provided

blend mode of the layer : Luminance (Legacy)
layers => merge => merge down
selections => invert
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 0 / 0 / 80 / 40 / black
selections => select none
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => ...
2 px dark color
2 px light color
2 px dark color
apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
image => resize => tick « resize all layers »  => 900 px width
save your work as... type .jpeg
