but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
images - 1 Script « Restricted » - decoration tubes

open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
place the selections, gradients, patterns,... provided into the dedicated folders of Corel PSP General folder
or import
open the mask and minimize to tray
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

Plugins needed
Mezzy
Animation Shop (if you want to animate your tag)

colors

set FG to color 1 and BG to color 2 in the materials palette

Realization
open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 600 px
selections => select all
copy / paste the background image (fond) into selection
selections => select none
effects => image effects => seamless tiling => default settings
effects => plugins => Mezzy => Dusty

copy / paste the « deco » tube as new layer
copy / paste the misted landscape tube as new layer
layers => arrange => move down
copy / paste the different elements as new layers
Alyciane didn’t drop shadow, but of couerse you can if you wish
copy / paste the character tube and the text tube as new layers
(the text was written with the font « Augusta ES »)
you work and layers palette must look like this

apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
layers => merge => merge visible

at this point of the tutorial, you can either use the script
or select the inside of the provided frame and copy your tag into selection, merge all and select none

if you don’t want to animate your tag =>
copy / paste the shamrock tube (.png) as new layer under the text
merge all and save as... type .jpeg

Animation
open Animation Shop
open the trefle.gif (animated shamrock) => it is composed of 15 images
back into PSP
copy your work (without the shamrock)
back into Animation Shop
paste as new animation
duplicate 14 times (to have 15 images)
edit => select all
select the 15 images of the shamrock gif = > edit / copy
on your main work, paste on the first image, on the right place under the text
animation => image property => 30
save as... type .gif
