but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies

open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
double click on the preset to install or import
open the mask(s) and minimize to tray
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 600 px
selections => select all
copy / paste the background image « fond » into selection
selections => select none
effects => image effects => seamless tiling => default settings
adjust = > blur => motion blur / 100 / 100
effects => texture effects => Tile

layers => new raster layer
flood fill with color 1
layers => new mask layer => from image

layers => merge => merge group
effects => 3D effects => Inner Bevel

effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 1 / 1 / 100 / 1 / white
select inside the mask with the magic wand tool

reset settings of the tool to default
selections => modify => expand => 5 px
layers => new raster layer
copy / paste the background image « fond image » into selection
selections => select none
arrange the layer under the mask layer
highlight top layer
copy / paste the tubes (cat - girl - bird - squirrel - donkey) as new layer, place proprerly
layers => merge => merge visible
copy / paste the decoration tube as new layer
opacity => 70% OR 100% with blend mode : Overlay
layers => merge => merge visible
selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 10 px color 1
selections => invert
effects => plugins => Graphics Plus => Cross Shadow / default settings
selections => select none
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 20 px white
select the 20 px border with the Magic Wand tool
adjust => add-remove noise => add noise => Gaussian / 35
effects => edge effects => enhance more
selections => select none
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => ...
2 px color 1
35 px white
select the white border with the Magic Wand tool
copy / paste the decoration into selection
adjust = > blur => motion blur / 100 / 100

apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
image => resize to 950 px Width
and save as... type .jpeg
