Alyciane and I work with PSP 2020
but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
click on the spider if you dare !!!!!

double-click on the preset to install, or import
open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

Plugins needed
Flaming Pear
Animation Shop if you want to create the animation
TN => I use Ulead Gif Animator to create my animations

colors

Realization
open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 600 px
selections => select all
copy / paste  « fond  » into selection
selections => select none
copy / paste « Misted  » as new layer
place as shown on final result
copy / paste the tree (resize to 80%), the skeleton and the ghosts (resize to 80%) as new layers
(TN => I didn’t place the skeleton on my tag.... I hate that kind of image.. sorry)
place all the elements as shown on final result
copy / paste the pumpkin (resize to 70%) / place as shown on final result
colorise if you like
effects => Illumination Effects => Lights

copy / paste the cat (resize to 70%) as new layer and place on the pumpkin  
image => mirror => mirror horizontal
copy / paste the cauldron as new layer
drop a shadow of your choice
place the spider on it (see final result)
copy / paste the bats, the candle as new layer
copy / paste a character tube as new layer (not provided-Alyciane used a licensed tube) and place where you like
drop a shadow of your choice
copy / paste the witch as new layer and place top left
make sure all the elements are  in the right place and merge all (faltten)
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » =>
2 px black
5 px color 1
2 px black
5 px color 2
selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 50 px white
selections => invert
copy / paste  « fond  » into selection
adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 20
effects => plugins => Graphic Plus => Cross Shadow / default settings
effects => plugins => Toadies => What Are You ?... / default settings
effects => edge effects => enhance
selections => select none
apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
image => resize => tick « resize all layers »  => 950 px width
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
save your work as... type .jpeg
edit => copy

ANIMATION
open Animation Shop => paste as new animation
duplicat TWICE to obtain 3 frames in your animation
edit => select all
open the animation provided
edit => select all
edit => copy
bask to your animation => right click inside the first frame => paste into selected frame
animation => image properties => 40
save your work as... type .gif
