Alyciane works with PSP 2020 and I work with PSP 2020 Ultimate
but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
tubes

open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
double click on the preset to install or import
open the mask(s) and minimize to tray
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

Realization
open a new image => transparent =>  1000 * 650 px
selections => select all
copy / paste the background image « fond » into selection
selections => select none
copy / paste « parchemin » as new layer
enable the Pick tool with the following settings, to move the layer acurately => position X : 329 / position Y : 100
this image is white, if you want to change the color, use the color changer tool
Alyciane chose color #cedbc9
effects => plugins => Unlimited 2 => Paper Textures / Fibrous Paper Coarse

effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 20 / 20 / 50 / 100 / WHITE / tick « shadow on new layer »
highlight the « parchemin » layer again
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => -20 / -20 / 50 / 100 / WHITE / tick « shadow on new layer »
layers => merge => merge down
blend mode : Dissolve / opacity :  48%
highlight top layer
copy / paste all the decoration tubes provided as new layers
drop shadow on each element if you find it necessary
move them as shown on final result
make sure all elements are in the right place
layers => merge => merge visible
copy / paste as new image and set aside for a later use (minimze to tray)
selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 10 px (light color)
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 0 / 0 / 80 / 20 / BLACK / UNtick « shadow on new layer »
selections => invert
adjust => add-remove noise => add noise => gaussian / monochrome / 20
selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 30 px white
selections => invert
paste into selection the image set aside previously
adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 25
effects => plugins => Graphics Plus => Cross Shadow / default settings
selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 10 px (light color)
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 0 / 0 / 80 / 20 / BLACK / UNtick « shadow on new layer »
selections => invert
adjust => add-remove noise => add noise => gaussian / monochrome / 20
selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 50 px white
selections => invert
paste into selection the image set aside previously
adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 25
effects => plugins => Unlimited 2 => VM Toolbox / Dynamic Diffusion

apply your watermark, merge all (flatten)
if you don’t want to animate your tag => selections => select none
image => resize to 1000 px Width
and save as... type .jpeg
if you want to animate your tag => don’t Deselect
layers => duplicate TWICE
highlight Raster 1 => effects => plugins => Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation

highlight Raster 2 => effects => plugins => Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation / click on « random seed »
highlight Raster 3 => effects => plugins => Alien Skin Xenofex 2 / Constellation / click on « random seed »
selections => select none
save your work as ... type .PSPAnimation (option Compatible with version 7)
open Animation Shop
open your work
view your animation to make sure everything is all right
file => save as... type .gif
