Alyciane works with PSP2019 and I work with PSP2020 Ultimate
but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
tubes and decorations - 1 script restricted

open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
place the supplies provided into the dedicated folders of Corel PSP General folder
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

Plugins needed
Graphic Plus Cross Shadow
Alien Skin Xenofex
Animation Shop to create the animation

Realization
open the background « fond »
copy / paste « feux  » as new layer
place as shown on final result (top left)
effects => 3D effects => drop shadow => 1 / 1 / 100 / 1 / black
copy / paste « 2019 » as new layer
place as shown on final result (in the middle of the tag)
copy / paste « dame » as new layer
place as shown on final result ( on the left )
copy / paste « verre » as new layer
place as shown on final result (near the woman)
copy / paste « horloge » and « happy new year » as new layer and place as shown on the final result
resize if necessary
apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licensed tube
make sure all the elements are in the right place
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)

but if you want to create the frame manually (however the result will be quite different) ==>
open « cadre » (the frame), select inside with the magic wand tool
copy / paste your tag tube into selection
selections => select none
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)

Animation (optional)
select inside the frame with the selection tool / rectangle
effects => plugins => Alien Skin => Xenofex 2 / Constellation

edit => copy
open Animation Shop => paste as new animation
° back into PSP
edit => undo
effects => plugins => Alien Skin => Xenofex 2 / Constellation => click on « randow seed » at the bottom
edit => copy
back into Animation Shop => paste after current frame °
redo from ° to ° two more times
animation => image properties => 10 / default settings
save your work as... type .gif
