Alyciane works with PSP 2020 and I work with PSP 2020 Ultimate
but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
tubes – selection – preset – image – alpha layer – background (fond)

open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
double click on the preset to install or import
open the mask(s) and minimize to tray
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

set FG to color 2 and BG to color 1 in the materials palette

Use the pencil to mark your place along the way
hold down left click to grab and move it

open the alpha layer => duplicate (Shift + D) and work with the copy to preserve original alpha layer
selections => select all
copy / paste the image « fond » into selection
adjust => blur => radial blur

layers => duplicate
image => mirror => mirror horizontal
image => mirror => mirror vertical
opacity of the layer : 50%
blend mode of the layer : Overlay
layers => merge => merge down
effects => Art Media Effects => brush strokes / white

image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 50 px white
selections => invert
flood fill selection with the gradient
adjust => blur => gaussian blur => 25
selections => modify => contract => 10 px
selections => promote selection to layer
effects => plugins => Graphics Plus => Cut Glass

layers => duplicate
effects => plugins => Graphics Plus => Kaleidoscope

effects => edge effects => enhance
selections => select none
copy / paste your character tube as new layer and place as you like
drop a shadow of your choice
layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
apply your watermark or signature
write your licence number if you used a licenced tube
image => resize => tick « resize all layers » => 950 px width
copy / paste the Text tube as new layer / colorisze if necessary
place / layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
save as... type .jpeg if you don’t want to create the animation

ANIMATION
if you want to animate your tag, don’t add the Text layer
save the tag type .pspanimation without the title layer
open Animation Shop / open your work
duplicate twice => your animation is composed by 3 frames
edit => select all
open the animated text provided (it contains 3 frames too)
edit => select all / COPY
on your work => right click on the first frame => paste into selected frame
choose the good place and drop the animation by a left click
file => save as... type .gif
changing the color of the animated text
to change the color of the gif provided by Alyciane, edit => select all
animation => replace color

click on « new color » at the bottom and replace by your color
creating your personal animated text
