Alyciane works with PSP 2020 and I work with PSP 2020 Ultimate
but you can follow this tutorial with another version of PSP, however the result might be slightly different

Supplies
tubes - texture

open the tubes, duplicate, close the originals, and work with the copies
double click on the preset if any to install or import
open the mask(s) if any and minimize to tray
TIP 1 -> if you don’t want to install a font -->
open it in a software as « Nexus Font » (or other font viewer software of you choice)
as long as both windows are opened (software and font), your font will be available in your PSP
TIP 2 -> from PSPX4, in the later versions of PSP the functions « Mirror » and « Flip » have been replaced by -->
« Mirror »has become  --> image => mirror => mirror horizontal
« Flip » has become  --> image => mirror => mirror vertical

Plugins needed
Unlimited 2
Graphics Plus
this tutorial is a Blend. If you change images, use mask 2020 to mist them
and eventually use the smart clone tool to join them together

Realization
open a new image => transparent =>  900 * 600 px
selections => select all
copy / paste the background image « fond » into selection
selections => select none
copy / paste « misted 1 » as new layer and place
copy / paste « misted 2 » as new layer and place
copy / paste « misted 3 » as new layer and place
copy / paste the girl tube as new layer and place
copy / paste the dog tube as new layer and place
don’t drop shadow on misted images
when you are satisfied with the result, merge visible layers
selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 10 px color #849159
select the 10 px border with the Magic Wand tool
effects => plugins => Graphics Plus => Cross Shadow / default settings
effects => texture effects => texture => choose the texture “lace” provided

effects => 3D effects => Inner Bevel

selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 25 px color #849159
selections => invert
effects => plugins => Unlimited 2 => Paper Textures / Fibrous Paper Fine 128 / 128
adjust => sharpness => sharpen
selections => select all
image => add borders => tick « symmetric » => 10 px color #849159
select the 10 px border with the Magic Wand tool
effects => plugins => Graphics Plus => Cross Shadow / default settings
effects => texture effects => texture => choose the texture “lace” provided

layers => merge => merge all (flatten)
apply your watermark
your tag is finished. Resize if necessary
save as... type jpeg
